1. Platform parties and worldwide scope
The Chengyixin Unified After-sales Platform (the Platform) supports after-sales operations for the Chengyixin brand and other equipment managed through the Platform. Chengyixin-related business entities provide after-sales content and device and work-order data, and authorize Cophoda 3D Technology Co., Ltd. (Cophoda 3D or the Platform Operator) to provide the technology, account system, daily operations and security maintenance. These terms apply to the Platform's online services worldwide.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The service is primarily intended for businesses, institutions and professional equipment users. You must have legal capacity under the law of your country or region and provide accurate and current information. Accounts may be used only by you or personnel authorized by your organization. Keep credentials secure and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
3. Services
The Platform may provide accounts, technical documentation, device records, installation and warranty information, service history, customer and device ownership management and support. Features and access may vary by country, region, brand, model, sales channel, organization and account role and may change as the service develops.
4. Products, warranty and allocation of responsibility
Platform information does not by itself create a sales offer or additional warranty. Product specifications, pricing, delivery, installation, warranty and actual after-sales responsibilities are governed by the applicable sales contract, order, invoice, warranty document, distributor or service-provider arrangement and mandatory local law. Cophoda 3D's authorized operation of the Platform does not by itself make it the equipment seller, warranty provider or local service provider.
5. Local law, import, export and sanctions
You must comply with applicable laws in your location and in each place where products are imported, exported, transferred or used, including product safety, customs, export controls, economic sanctions and end-use restrictions. You may not use the service for a transaction, transfer or use prohibited by applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not violate others' rights, upload unlawful or malicious content, bypass access controls, probe or attack systems, scrape restricted materials, or share an account or device QR code with unauthorized persons.
7. Intellectual property and software
Rights in the Platform software and page design belong to Cophoda 3D or their lawful owners. Rights in Chengyixin, equipment brands, trademarks, images, documents, firmware, control software and technical materials belong to their respective lawful owners. Except where applicable law expressly permits or written permission is given, you may not copy, distribute, rent, reverse engineer, circumvent technical measures or use them competitively. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
8. Third-party services and availability
Identity, cloud, email and security functions may be supported by third-party providers. Maintenance, network failures, force majeure, local network restrictions or third-party events may interrupt service. We take reasonable steps to maintain the service but do not promise continuous availability in every country, network or time period.
9. Safety and professional judgment
Technical materials assist operation and troubleshooting but do not replace product manuals, site safety procedures, applicable standards or qualified professional judgment. Users must assess risks for their equipment, materials and local environment and must not bypass safety controls.
10. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each party is responsible according to its fault and applicable contract. No exclusion or limitation applies to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including certain liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or personal injury, and nothing removes non-waivable consumer rights.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account closure. The Platform Operator may suspend or terminate service where legally permitted for serious unlawful conduct, system attacks, intellectual property infringement, export-control violations or harm to other users, and may retain necessary records.
12. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory law in your location requires otherwise, disputes concerning Platform accounts, privacy or technical operations are governed by the laws of mainland China. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court at the Platform Operator's registered place of business. Disputes concerning equipment sale, delivery, installation, warranty or actual after-sales performance are handled under the applicable contract and by the responsible party. This does not restrict mandatory local consumer protection.
13. Languages, updates and contact
The Chinese and English versions are intended to have the same meaning. Where a sales contract or mandatory local law differs, it prevails within its scope.
