1. Parties and scope
Chengyixin-related business entities provide after-sales operations and device and work-order data within the Platform. Cophoda 3D, as the authorized Platform Operator, manages accounts, technology, daily operations and security. Each party bears the information-processing responsibilities applicable to its purposes and governing law. This policy applies to visitors, account users, customer contacts and service personnel worldwide.
2. Information we collect
The Platform may collect account identifiers, username, an email you voluntarily bind and verify, contact name, organization, customer number, linked devices, device service code, brand, model, installation and warranty data, service history, enquiries, consent records, and necessary IP address, device, authentication, security and access logs. Passwords are handled securely by a separate identity system and are not stored in plaintext in the Platform's business database.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to provide accounts and documents, show devices and warranty status, perform sales or service contracts, answer enquiries, provide support, prevent abuse, secure the service and meet legal duties. Depending on applicable law, processing may rely on contract performance, your consent, our legitimate interests or a legal obligation. Withdrawal of consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
4. Cookies and sessions
Necessary cookies maintain authentication and security, with sign-in sessions handled by separate identity and access-control services. These cookies cannot be disabled while using signed-in features. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are used only after consent where applicable law requires it.
5. Business cooperation, providers and disclosure
To provide accounts, device ownership, warranty and after-sales service, necessary information may be shared on a least-necessary basis among Chengyixin-related business entities, Cophoda 3D, the distributor or end-customer organization linked to the device, the actual seller or service provider, and technical providers for cloud, email and identity services. The Platform does not sell personal information or disclose it publicly except with authorization, to perform a contract, comply with law or protect significant lawful interests.
6. International transfers and processing locations
The Platform's primary operations and information processing are located in mainland China. Information submitted from another country or region may be transferred to mainland China and processed where relevant business entities, the Platform Operator or providers operate. Where required, the Platform uses notices, consent, contractual arrangements or other safeguards for international transfers.
7. Retention
Information is retained only as long as needed for these purposes and legal requirements. Necessary account and device records remain while services continue; consent, security, transaction and service records may be retained for contractual, legal and audit periods, then deleted, anonymized or isolated as permitted by law.
8. Security
Measures include access control, least privilege, transport encryption, token hashing or encryption, audit logging, backups and security updates. No internet service is absolutely secure; incidents affecting your rights will be handled and notified as required by applicable law.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies where you live, you may have rights to notice, access, correction, completion, deletion, restriction or objection, a copy or portability of data, withdrawal of consent, account closure and a complaint to a regulator. We respond within applicable time limits. A request may be limited where retention is legally required, others' rights must be protected or identity verification is necessary.
10. Marketing
Marketing consent is optional and does not affect accounts, warranty or support. You may withdraw it at any time in the account consent center. Essential transaction, warranty, security and service messages are not marketing.
11. Children
The service is intended for businesses and professional equipment users and is not directed to children. A person below the local age of digital consent or legal adulthood should not independently create an account or submit personal information; a guardian should act where local law permits.
12. Updates and contact
