Keep the casting-pattern 3D printer away from other temperature control systems.

Do not direct airflow at the printer — this includes A/C units (wall-mounted, floor-standing, central), fans, and heaters (space heaters or others).

·         Do not expose the printer to direct sunlight or UV light.

·         Do not place the printer near doorways.

·         Keep the printer and oxygen generator away from water sources such as sinks, tubs, and ultrasonic cleaners.

·         Do not place the printer near other operating equipment (e.g. polishers, wax injectors, UV resin printers).

·         Avoid significant ambient temperature fluctuations.

Ensure room temperature stays within:

·         Minimum: 22℃ (72℉)

·         Maximum: 28℃ (82℉)

Important:Keep humidity below 45%.

Air Quality Recommendations

Use the printer in a clean air environment. High concentrations of airborne particles may contaminate materials and prints, and reduce the oxygen generator's lifespan.

·         The room must have adequate airflow (min. 0.03 m²/min) to dissipate heat generated by the casting-pattern 3D printer.

·         AC vents should be at least 3 m away, and airflow must not be directed at the casting-pattern 3D printer.

Ensure the casting-pattern 3D printer's work environment is free from the following hazards:

·         Dust

·         Smoke

·         Steam

Notice

Incorrect placement of the casting-pattern 3D printer and oxygen generator may damage the printer or affect print quality. Follow these installation space guidelines.

Installation Space Requirements

The casting-pattern 3D printer must be placed on a stable, sturdy, and level surface:

90 Casting-Pattern 3D Printer

4K-120 Casting-Pattern 3D Printer

Overall Dimensions

31 x 35 x 75 cm

(12.2 x 13.8 x 29.5 in)

41 x 45 x 90 cm

(16.14 x 17.72 x 35.43 in)

Overall Weight

Approx. 40 kg

Approx. 60 kg

Minimum clearance for operation, maintenance, and heat dissipation:

  • At least 35 cm (13.78 in) behind the printer

  • At least 60 cm (23.62 in) on each side

  • At least 120 cm (47.24 in) above the work surface

Oxygen Generator Clearance Requirements:

  • Place on the floor near the casting-pattern 3D printer, connected via air hose.

  • Maintain at least 20 cm clearance around the oxygen generator for ventilation and heat dissipation.

Electrical Requirements

If power supply is unstable, a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) is recommended to protect the printer.

To ensure stable operation, all of the following electrical requirements must be met:

1.  Standard mains power supply

2.  Do not connect additional devices to the power circuit

3.  Printer requires 220 V, min. 8 A

4.  Oxygen generator requires 220 V, min. 5 A

5. Connect the printer and oxygen generator to separate surge protectors or UPS units

General Environment Requirements

  • System Isolation: It is recommended to maintain a certain distance between the White Wax machine and other temperature control systems.

  • Airflow Management: Do not direct airflow from air conditioners (wall-mounted, floor-standing, or central), fans, or heaters toward the machine or its installation site.

  • Light Exposure: Do not expose the machine to direct sunlight or ultraviolet (UV) radiation.

  • Placement Safety: * Avoid placing the machine near doorways.

    • Keep the printer and oxygen generator away from water sources, such as sinks, bathtubs, and ultrasonic cleaners.

    • Do not place the machine next to other operating equipment, such as polishing machines, wax injectors, or purple wax machines.

  • Stability: Avoid environments with drastic temperature fluctuations.

Temperature and Humidity Specifications

Ensure the room temperature remains within the following range:

  • Minimum Temperature: 22°C (72°F).

  • Maximum Temperature: 28°C (82°F).

  • Humidity (Important): Maintain humidity levels below 45%.

Air Quality and Ventilation Recommendations

The White Wax machine must be operated in a clean-air environment. High concentrations of impurities in the air can contaminate the materials and printed parts, and may also reduce the lifespan of the oxygen generator.

  • Ventilation: The room must have adequate airflow (minimum 0.03 square meters per minute) to ensure the heat generated by the machine is sufficiently dissipated.

  • AC Distance: Air conditioning vents should be at least 3 meters away from the printer, and the airflow direction must not point directly at the machine.

  • Environmental Hazards: Ensure the workspace is free from the following:

    • Dust

    • Smoke

    • Steam/Vapor

Operational Space and Placement Specifications

Notice: Incorrect placement of the White Wax machine and oxygen generator may lead to damage or negatively affect print quality. Please strictly follow these installation space specifications.

Platform Requirements

The machine must be placed on a platform that is stable, firm, and level.

Minimum Clearance for Maintenance and Heat Dissipation

  • Rear: At least 35 cm (13.78 in).

  • Sides (Left/Right): At least 60 cm (23.62 in).

  • Above: At least 120 cm (47.24 in) from the tabletop.

Oxygen Generator Space Requirements

  • The generator can be placed on the floor near the White Wax machine and connected via an air tube.

  • Ensure at least 20 cm of clearance on all sides (front, back, left, and right) for air intake and heat dissipation to ensure a stable oxygen supply.

Electrical Requirements

In areas with unstable power supply, it is recommended to use a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) to protect the machine.

To ensure stable operation, all the following electrical requirements must be met:

  1. Standard municipal power supply.

  2. Do not connect any additional equipment to the same power circuit as the machine.

  3. White Wax Machine: Requires 220V voltage and a current of no less than 8A.

  4. Oxygen Generator: Requires 220V voltage and a current of no less than 5A.

  5. Connect the White Wax machine and the oxygen generator to separate surge protectors or individual UPS units.
