Cophoda
1. Information we collect
We may collect account identifiers, username, email, organization, ERP customer number, device relationships, serial number, installation and warranty data, service history, enquiries, consent records and necessary security logs. Passwords are handled by Logto and are not stored in PocketBase.
2. Purposes
We use information to create and verify accounts, show devices and warranty status, provide documentation and support, answer enquiries, prevent abuse, secure the service, perform contracts and meet legal duties.
3. Cookies and sessions
Necessary cookies maintain authentication and security. Logto and oauth2-proxy provide identity services. These cookies cannot be disabled while using signed-in features. Analytics help us understand traffic and improve content.
4. Processors and disclosure
We provide only necessary information to cloud, email, identity and security providers subject to confidentiality and security duties. We do not sell personal information. Disclosure otherwise occurs only with authorization, to perform a contract, comply with law or protect significant lawful interests.
5. Retention
Information is retained only as long as needed for these purposes and legal requirements. Necessary account, device, consent, security, transaction and service records may be retained for contractual and audit periods, then deleted or anonymized.
6. Security
Measures include access control, least privilege, transport encryption, token hashing or encryption, audit logging, backups and security updates. No internet service is absolutely secure; incidents affecting your rights will be handled and notified as required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, completion or deletion, withdraw marketing consent, request account closure, or ask for an explanation. Some records may need to be retained by law or to protect others' rights.
8. Children
The service is intended for businesses and professional equipment users, not children. Minors should use it only with guardian consent and guidance.
9. Updates
We will publish new versions when business or processing practices materially change and obtain renewed consent when required.
